Before proceeding with checkout, please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions. By clicking the “I accept the Terms & Conditions” checkbox, you acknowledge that you are legally bound by and agree to these terms.

Fees and Charges

Charges for our Roaming Service begin on the Payment Date. The current fee schedule is available on our website and may be updated with prior notice. A payment for the estimated charges is required to complete any booking.

Invoice Disputes:

If you wish to dispute an invoice, you must submit a written notice to the Service Provider detailing the disputed items at least 7 days before the payment due date. The notice should include a clear and detailed explanation of each disputed charge.

Charges that are not disputed or are confirmed by a final court judgment must be paid within 7 days, regardless of ongoing disputes over other items. eSIM Japan will strive to resolve disputes promptly and in good faith.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your payment without any penalty before your eSIM QR Code has been delivered. Once the eSIM QR Code has been delivered, cancellations are not permitted. Refunds are only available in cases where there is a malfunction of the eSIM.

Fair Usage Policy for Data Communication

To ensure the quality and fairness of network usage, mobile network providers in your destination country may limit your data usage if unusually high volumes of data are detected. This may result in reduced communication speed or loss of internet connectivity, without prior notice.

In the event that usage restrictions are imposed for this reason, the Company assumes no responsibility, and the customer remains liable for any applicable usage fees.
